Phenomenal Spring Rolls at Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh has been around Vancouver for many years. The thing I like about them is that they are not just known for one specific dish, but rather serve many different great dishes consistently. Whenever I'm here, there's a 91% chance that I'll order this dish. To say that they serve the best spring rolls in Vancouver is a pretty bold statement...but they deserve this title.

Highly recommended dish if you visit Phnom Penh.
